Britney Spears Circus- Fantasy EDP

I love Britney songs =D But when she launched her new perfumes I am not so interested. Mainly because I am not so into celebrities perfumes. I bought Paris Hilton perfume previously, the one with the purplish pink with black stripes bottle. I bought it during warehouse sale so thinking logically was out of the picture then. After I got home I realised that I hated it, so I sold it off to my friend. Lol.

Since then I am not even curious when celebrities come up with their own perfume line.

BUT! I really really love this perfume! Honestly I never take a sniff at it before =P and never even see the bottle or packaging. Anyway, I won this perfume during HOT birthday bash party in Euphoria KL.

Honestly, I don't really know how to review perfume but I'll try =D

I love perfumes that have floral smell. I am not a big fan of fruity smell. Yuks! or any overly sweet perfumes. This one smell really fresh. Some people might hate it because it smells a bit soapy. But I am okay with that.

It is a bit sweet but not those candy sweet type. I don't know... There is something nice about the smell that makes me love it so much :) I seriously can't explain. If you are interested you have to smell it yourself =P

For reference, I love Diamond from Giorgio Armani, and Cheap and Chic from Moschino. These 2 perfumes are actually the top in my list =D and I've repurchased both of them once :)

I am particularly in love with the bottle as well! How cute!!

During that even we took really little pictures which sad me to the max =(

Dermalogica Clearance Sale Update

All the items are dirt cheap I even bought a few =) But do check the expiry date of certain products. Some of the skincare have already expired and going to expired soon. If you are picky then this sale might not be worth it.

The cosmetics are pretty worth it, some will be expiring soon but when it comes to eyeshadow I don't really care.

For Dermalogica, most of their product have already sold out. Sad right? Didn't manage to grab my Ultra Calming cleanser. They sold the cleanser for RM30 for 500ml!!!! But then again the cleanser might have expired already.

World's Coolest Intern

Internship is boring. How I wish no one would have to go through that. Well at least me. I deserves more than just a morning with documents piling up to be filed, arranged etc.. I deserve more than boring 8am to 5pm job, I deserve more than being a "coffee maker" in the morning, I definitely don't deserve non-paid internship.I deserve a better one. Much better and in fact not too much if I say a cooler one. Even though I will be an accounting graduate in the future. Account people are not necessarily dull boring nerds you see with glasses.

Work as hard as you play is definitely the key of being successful. I am always on the go for something fun for something adventurous. Last year, I made a good quick bucks from selling clothes online. Which definitely leave me with pretty good amount of money to spend. I am pretty proud of my accomplishment thus far. Internet is not something I am familiar with back in the year 2005 and definitely I have moved far from where I have started =) Actually further than I thought I could ever be and of course I am still going and moving forward.

Realizing I talked less in class and having really small social circle make me step up and create a blog for my new passion. Beauty. Not only restricted to my local readers I was amazed how through blogging I have met some new friends from other countries. The small social circle I once used to have is growing larger and larger. You can't look down in the power of blogging. Really..

Noble traits in me that you definitely shouldn't miss. I am a fast leaner, teach me, guide me. If I put my heart into it I'll master it in no time. I think out of the box, dull and boring? Not me. Persistence. I pursue what I want. I get where I want to be.By hook or by crook I will be there. I take up challenge, I do not walk or crawl, I fly. My attitude is infectious, I can influence you in no time =) Dedicated. I get my job done and more. I will always be a step ahead. I can reach out to almost every single person out there.Paired up with presentable personality you know you want me ;)

I know the riot in Bangkok is ancient history. I mean it happened like in March right? Or is the riot still on? The places is like heaven for shopaholic like me and I believe the Venusian will agree with me. If you don't then you are most probably too rich that you shop only in the high end malls or you are insane =P

When I saw Siam Paragon pictures from Slowbro-gal I was shocked. I mean I was there like few weeks back before the incident happened and BAAMMM everything have been destroyed (well not everything but at least the best part of it are) When I was there the mall is more than spectacular. I love it even better than our Pavillion but now..... =(

Enough about Bangkok. After Bangkok now its time for natural disaster. I was in utter disbelief when I read this shocking news online.. I refused to believe but then again its on Yahoo news, so it must be true right?

Mt Merapi erupted!!! I went there like in January. My tour guide actually did mentioned that the volcano mountain is active but the mountain didn't erupted for more than 10 years. I even climbed the mountain. The mountain is actually one of the toughest to climb. Obviously I didn't make it to the top. Imagine what could have happened if the mountain erupted while I was climbing... I am not making this post to be all about me (well I know it seems to be like that). Just want to tell you guys that I feel blessed much lately =) Lets hope for the best and pray that Mt Merapi stable down.

I love both Thailand and Indonesia and yes Malaysia too. Pray for the villagers as well. When I was there some of them were really very nice to us.

Depotting Naked Palette.

After contemplating and debating with myself whether I should destroy my Naked palette or not I decided to go ahead with the mission. It is definitely painful to let the palette go but the velvet casing is killing me. They have gotten really dirty. Should have seen that coming...sheesh....

So here it is. Another short post on how to depot your palette. All the same old steps with the previous post...

Just find a tiny gap like below for you to insert your knife.

Place your knife in and wiggle wiggle. Remember BE GENTLE. The palette is made out of paper so you will get the eyeshadow pan out eventually. Just be patient. You wouldn't want to really destroy the eyeshadow considering how much money you have already forked out.

See coming out already. Push a bit more a bit more....

There you have it. Now just pick them up with your finger. Yay you have a baby now! ~~Lame~~

Soap & Glory Sexy Mother Pucker XL Extreme-Plump (Lip plumper)

Tell me who doesn't want to have that super sexy, pouty, full looking lips like Angelina Jolie???

I am dying to have one but sadly I can't have one. My mouth is so tiny.. I can't even eat quarter pounder beef burger from Wendy's without spilling the fillings inside. Carl's Junior is definitely out of the question.

To get that pouty look without surgery or botox I resort to cosmetic. Lip plumper! This is actually my very first lip plumper. So I am going to share with you my experience =)

I bought this from Sephora Singapore. I think I paid SGD24 for it. It is Sexy Mother Pucker XL Extreme - Plump from Soap and Glory!

Before this XL version they have the normal ones with different shades. When I was in Sephora the girl tested the SMP plumper on me. It seems like ages before I start to feel something. So I decided to buy the XL version. Actually there is disclaimer at the back of the box saying "New Sexy Mother Pucker tryers should finish a couple of tubes of our 'original strength' SMP plumper before going to extremes'

Well.... I don't care =P

For those of you who don't know what this is for, Sexy Mother™ Pucker XL Extreme Plump is a super-sizing, extra-strength collagen clear lip shine with LIPSWELL™ natural plant oil infusion, SUPERFILL™ nanovectors and VISIVOLUME™ immediate effect lip filler. Geddit? Still don't? Well basically it is a lip plumper that will plumps your lips! =D

Below are my lips before applying the lip plumper.

Apply a thin film of the lip plumper on your lips.

The color of the liquid is basically off white. Very thick and creamy in texture. Smell wise, it smells heavenly! Serious! Feels like you are rubbing chocolate vanilla scented cookies on your lips! I just love the smell! The lip plumper tasted sweet too! Yum yum! Bad actually because you tend to lick off your lips accidentally. So if you are kissing somebody, the guy most probably will be licking you lips instead of really kissing you =P

Below is my picture after few minutes. You can feel the tingling sensation few seconds after actually. The sensation is actually very very strong but whether it succeed in inflating my lips, you be the judge.

I don't think the lip plumper actually work. Well you can feel the tingling sensation for sure but you can't really see much difference in terms of pouty-ness. If your normal gloss is more than RM50 per tube then go ahead and get this. Even though I can't really see much difference but I am totally satisfied substituting my lip gloss with this =D But if your normal gloss is less than RM50 then you might want to consider. Unlike their previous SMP plumper this SMP XL Extreme only available in clear gloss.

The tingling sensation normally will last for about 30 minutes. After that you need to reapply the plumper again =)

PS: The lip plumper sold out in 2 weeks time in Sephora Singapore!!! (I bought mine 3 weeks ago)

Urban Decay Primer Potion (Limited Edition)

I was so happy when I found out that Urban Decay primer potion will be available in tube packaging. I hope this won't dry as fast as the one in the bottle. This limited edition baby only available in professional size which is 150% more than their original size. Awesome right? Product wise they are still the same old Urban Decay primer potion that most of us love! =D I got this via spree. Around RM127 or RM140 I think. They are retailing at USD29 in Sephora.com. Sephora Singapore will have this end of the year or early next year. If you are interested make sure you update yourself with the latest status!

Doll Lash. Go gaga over falsies!

You might have already know that I am a falsies girl. Yes I go crazy over falsies!. When I first started, I started off with the falsies in pasar malam and I only wear them whenever I go out partying. Now after trying so many brands available, I realised the pasar malam ones are really hard to stick on and they feel really heavy!!! I guess in this situation cheap with quality doesn't go along hand in hand eh?

Now after getting out of my comfort zone and be comfy with falsies I venture out to try more brands and try less dramatic ones. Right now I wear them almost every single day =) They make me feel better about myself actually =P So far, I've tried few brands, from Ardell, Shu Uemura, Doll Lash, Dolly Wink, Can Make, 3000 hours and few other brands available from Sasa and our local drugstore. My favourite for natural looking one would definitely be from Doll Lash. I love Ardell falsies as well but they are too long for me. And when they are too long they tend to look fake. Doll Lash is more natural looking on me =D

Here are the top two most natural looking lashes on me. I love them to bits! and they are pretty affordable! Cheaper than getting Ardell for sure =D And they are available locally here (malaysia)!! =D Ardell is available in Malaysia as well. But they only have Stunning and Elegant in Sasa. Urgh..

Below are the DN002. I love this the most. They look similar to Ardell but shorter =)

This one kinda look like falsies I like from CanMake. But the one from CanMake is RM22.90...nyeehhhh expensive!

All pink box falsies from Doll Lash is RM19.80 each. Prety cheap when you compare them to any other brands that are available in the shopping malls. =D

Aside from the natural looking falsies they have a lot more dramatic and crazy looking choices available.
Really perfect for parties. And you don't have to fork out more than RM40 to own one! I love the SD010. Even though they are thick they feel less heavy when I compare them to my Shu Uemura lashes.
Most of the lashes are priced at RM19.80 to RM27.80. Few are retailing at RM35.80

The small tiny beads didn't stick long on the lashes. So I glued them back with my lash glue :)

For DD003 they have the lashes alone without the beads. And I love it. I think I might get it soon =D

Can you see the purple gradient? Isn't it pweety? I just love it! =D

Now Doll Lash is my definite number one choice!

For their eyelash glue, its retailing at RM13.80. The glue came in 3 in 1 packaging meaning you you will have 3 tubes for RM13.80. The idea of having the glue in small packaging is really awesome to prevent them from drying. But the glue packaging is really small. For clumsy and messy people like me you might lost it =P Hehehe. Their tube packaging is almost similar to toothpaste packaging. Which I don't really like.. Plastic tube would have been better =)

Disclaimer: The yellow and grey box eyelashes were given free for review. But I love their lashes long before they gave me the free ones. =D The 2 pink box lashes are bought with my own money much earlier on =D
