What they said:

A deep cleansing mask which contains essential oils and clay properties to absorb excess oil and draw out impurities for soft, clear, healthy looking skin. Kaolin absorbs impurities while bentonite helps prevent the appearance of blemishes. Pure essential oils of sesame, palmarosa and lemon gently hydrate, nurture and soothe the skin. Natio Clay and Plant Face Mask Purifier helps to unclog and tighten pores, rejuvenate tired skin and improve skin’s firmness and texture. It is also ideal for people with oily and blemished skin. Suitable for all skin types.

What I say:

The mask is creamy color. Not so thick consistency but still relatively easy to work with. Better than those thick clay mask where I feel like I am pulling my skin as I spread them on my face.

At my first sniff after I collected my samples from SaSa, I noticed a scent of lemon. I actually love it. But now after using it for 3 times, I hardly notice the lemon-y smell anymore. The mask now smell more like a clay mask.
Application wise, you apply this mask after cleansing. A thin layer will do, avoiding the eye area. Rest for 5 to 10 minutes, allowing the clay to dry. Rinse off with warm water. Followed by toner and moisturizer.

They Yay!

The mask is relatively good. I have combination to dry skin. This mask surprisingly didn't caused my skin to dry. However, to be safe I only apply the mask on my T-Zone ;)

After using my skin feel smoother and tighter (like what clay mask would normally do for you), make my skin feel supple. Soft to touch :) Not bad eh? Some clay mask tend to dry my skin out a little. Didn't really help much in regulating my sebum. Oil production is still the same as before but I do notice that my skin become a little more radiant than before applying the mask. Pores appears cleaner too ;) It tightens the pores a teeny bit but no miracle job there..

The mask is easily removed too. No hassle and no clay residue ;) I have been using NuSkin Glacial mud mask and boy those green thing are tough to remove!

The Nay:(

Nothing really bad to say about the product. Really. Except that pay close attention to the ingredients in case you might react adversely to them :)
Although the thin consistency help me spread the mask more smoothly all over my face, I realised I need to use a bit more than the usual amount for my face. Applying only a thin layer doesn't really make much difference.

Conclusion:

This product is retailing at RM37 for 100g in SaSa. Worth a try if you are looking for a short term oil controlling mask. Results might vary depending on your skin type ;) A refreshing mask without the minty feeling.
