 I drank premium Tequila too.. Patron. This Tequila is damn smooth!

Langkawi

:: 1- 4 May 2009 ::

 I have been wanting to go holiday with my baby for so long!!!
In the end we settle for Langkawi. Langkawi here we come!


Now everyone can fly...

50 minutes later.....





We rent our vios car for 3 days at a rate of RM120/day from Sea Hill Co. You can see their booth right after you exit from the arrival hall.
If you are not Malaysian be prepared to pay more. Never never trust their publish rate on the brochure. Try to ask for further discounts.
Arrived @ Awana Porto Malai Langkawi. Not that hard to find. The roads in Langkawi are fairly simple.


Tadaa! Our room! Supposed to be Garden View, but they upgrade our room for free =D




Quite spacious, comfy and clean. I love the big bed!

First day.

Lots of places to cover!
Sadly we forget to cover Eagle square! =(


Langkawi Cable Car

Extra packed with people. I guess because it is a public holiday.
Never go during public holiday! We stand inline for almost 2 hours!
RM15/person/ride with Mykad.
Without Mykad RM30/person/ride.



The super long queue!! Luckily a nice girl and her bf help us out with the queue because we help them at the ticket counter =D Being generous is good huh?

30 minutes later rain start pouring down!
Luckily it stop just in time when it is our turn to board the gondola.

Next we head to Taman Buaya.
 If you are not a crocodile lover. Better skip this place. Unless you stay in Langkawi for so long and you have no other plan.
They do have their own attraction compare to others Crocodile farms.

SEE!!! No tail!

This one was born without jaws..Poor crocodile.
He is very very shy ( or annoyed) we don't know. When we came he turned away.

Underwater World.

These are African penguins but they breed in malaysia..

See arent they ADORABLE!
Reminds me of the penguins in Madagascar =P

Lastly, we head for dinner in Orkid Ria.

Chicken Tomyum I still prefer the one my dad restaurant serve in Pandan Perdana.

Second day

We went to Kota Mahsuri
Started abit late around 2.30pm
Planned for island hopping in the morning but heavy rain!


Really chicken little!!!

Then we stroll down the Cenang Beach

Dinner time.

This time we had dinner @ Kung Fu restaurant
Not much choice & slightly expensive too..

This is another island but not sure wat it is called..We didn't get off the boat..
Next..Pulau Beras Basah

This island has the prettiest beach!

Since we didn't get to swim... We went back and swim @ the pool =D
